Christina has written a "victim impact" letter to the judge in the Celebrity Email Hacking Case (private pictures of Christina were leaked to the media.)

What? Some homeless man has filed a lawsuit that names Christina in it.

In the papers, obtained by AllHipHop.com, Pieck alleges he was in a Legal Seafood restaurant with Christina Aguilera and her then-husband Jordan Bratman when the singer reportedly rang the hip-hop star.

Pieck alleges Aguilera then passed him the phone and it was then that he gave Eminem the idea for the commercial, which lasted two minutes and contained the rapper's hit song Lose Yourself.

*blinks* In what universe is that living? The chances of Christina having dinner with someone that was homeless (and then handing him her phone) is just - less than zero. Why would Christina have Eminem's number anyway? Especially as this was before she started work on the 5th album. 


This just smells of a homeless man trying not be homeless. May I suggest he pick on Britney? She's used to getting rubbish lawsuits.

MTO Re Word Their Original Post

So, MTO have re worded their original post, due to the fact they were indeed contacted by Christina's laywer.

August 24, 2011. Christina's peeps (aka lawyers) reached out to us. They assure us that the boy's injury was caused by a playground accident.

I'm sure by now, you've all seen the recent candids, I myself, even posted them (although I tried to post the ones that had the best shots of Christina, not Max.)

Blog site, MediaTakeOut, saw those pics and decided to imply that Christina was violent drunk who beats her own son.

Fans aren't the only ones who are upset. Gossip Cop is reporting that Max fell (like any child) while chasing a squirrels  at the park.

Christina should bloody SUE MediaTakeOut, for slandering her name and making disgusting, vile false allegations against her.

Christina and Max flew out yesterday for a long awaited two week holiday.
